The 6th ICC World Cup T20 has been scheduled to be played in the March 2016. The first match will be played on March 8th. The time is coming soon and the wait is over, because the warm up matches schedule has been announced by the International Cricket Council for the mega event in India.
The matches will be played in two sessions. From March 8 to April 2016, the extravaganza is going to be continued. The matches will be played in the afternoon during the first session. During the second session, the matches will be played in the evening.
The timings for the afternoon session will be from 3 pm to 6 30 pm. While the night and second session will start at 7 30pm and will continue till 10:40pm until the proceedings are over.
The Final and two semi finals will be played also. The timings for the finals and semi finals are decided to be at night in the second session after 7pm.
The different schedule for warm up matches is announced for the teams playing warm up matches. For example, the qualifiying rounds will be played between 3 to 6 March. Between March 10 to March 15, the super 10 teams will play their warm up matches. Women will also play their warm up matches between 10 to 14 March.
Therefore from March 4 to March 15, the exciting round of warm up matches for the teams will be a hot time for the world cricket fans. From 8th March to 3rd April, the T20 cricket will be at its best. The current champions West Indies are negotiating with their board for the raise of salaries for their players. The other teams have no issues including Pakistan to take part in the Indian Soil mega event.
