Australians will have to rely on their fast bowling during the third T20 in India. The good news is that their star Shane Watson is in fit shape to perform well against India in the last match in Sydney Cricket Ground SCG. Shane Watson has been selected to lead the team because the T20 captain Finch has been injured in the last T20 against the Indians.
The match will be played under lights at Sunday, January 31.The Australian cricket board have made a decision to use Shane Watson as the captain in the absence of injured Finch.
Shame is an experienced player in the side. As he is 34 years old, he possess the highest wicket taking record in the T20 side. He is also the most experienced player after David Warner.
At the MCG during the second T20 match against India, the current captain Aaron Finch injured his hamstring serious enough to forfeit the next match against India. The Aussies suffered a loss of 27 runs at the cruel hands of Indians after a one sided affair.
The Captain Aaron Finch did a lovely job in the last match before he got injured. He scored 71 runs with his bat. He was the highest run scorer in the team for Australia. He was badly injured enough to be replaced by the young blood Usman Khawaja who did extremely good in the recent BBL series.
Shane Watson will lead the team now and he is happy to take this role. He said its an honor to serve Australia as the captain for him. He said there is a great potential in the Aussie team to win the last game.
