Sharjeel Khan was in a very good knock today. Beautifully playing all around the ground, Sharjeel Khan smashed 47 runs off just 25 balls in a must win game against New Zealand on Tuesday, the 22nd March 2016. He smashed 9 fours and 1 six to reach his highest score in this world.

To chase target of 181, Pakistan needed a really good start that Sharjeel Khan provided with his blazing innings. Ahmad Shahzad and Sharjeel Khan built a very good foundation. Pakistan score 51 runs off first 4 overs without the loss of any wicket.

Sharjeel also hit three consecutive fours and one six to McClenaghan in his very first over of the game. While playing a quick knock, Sharjeel did not make any risky shots. Ball was coming to his bat. He was making very good shots all over the ground.

New Zealand captain brought Adam Milne back into attack. This was a good move by Kane Williamson. With his fast pace, Milne was able to get a miss hit by Sharjeel that went straight into hands of Martin Guptill. Sharjeel Khan was not happy with the shot but it was a fate.
