Pakistan vs Bangladesh are head to head for the first competition in T20 World Cup 2016 being played in India. Match started at local time 2:30 PM is being played at Eden Gardens, Kolkata where Pakistan will be facing India on 19th March.

Pakistan has won the toss and elected to bat first. Pakistan has fairly weak batting line up with Sharjeel Khan and Ahmad Shahzad struggling in the middle.

Bangladesh has come up as a promising side in recent years. The Tigers have nailed down all biggest names in cricket including batting power house India and Australia. The team has also played the recent final of the T20 version of Asia Cup 2016, thought they lost very badly by India.

Under the captaincy of Mashrafe Mortaza, Bangladesh has beaten Pakistan in Asia Cup. It was a tough game but Bangalis hold their nerves and managed to beat Pakistan in the last over the game. Anwar Ali was to safe 5 runs in an over but he got hit for a six on the very first ball by Mohammadullah, another promising young talent for tigers.

The contest will be a confidence booster for both teams as they have to face very strong teams including New Zealand, India and Australia in their later matches.
